Helping an estate settle and save taxes: Dan assisted an estate with multiple trusts—and estranged beneficiaries—to settle property distribution quickly, thereby saving thousands of dollars in taxes for the beneficiaries.

Closing the deal: Dan’s client was out of the country when the sale of his business suddenly prepared to close. But Dan stepped in and deftly handled the closing without his client needing to return to the States….Additionally, Dan’s noted for his skill in negotiating tough leases and contracts for his clients.
