In more than 20 years of practice, he’s represented individuals, partnerships, multi-state corporations, Federal government agencies, and federally insured financial institutions. His current clients include high-profile Arizona retailers, contractors and construction companies, insurance agencies, real estate companies, developers, professional corporations, private lenders, and manufacturers and suppliers of computer and other technical equipment.

Helping distressed businesses. In his bankruptcy and business-workout practices, Gary has seen hundreds of businesses succeed or fail—and in most cases the fate of the business and that of the individual are irretrievably intertwined. Gary employs his business acumen and deep legal experience to formulate strategies that work to extricate businesses and their owners from financial misfortunes.
