pursue post judgment collection remedies.
This practice group represents banks, lending institutions,
credit card companies, credit unions, construction companies,
equipment rental companies, materials suppliers and private
companies. Additionally, this group represents general contractors
and subcontractors and their financial interests through the use of
preliminary notices, lien claims, bond claims, license bond
complaints, and "no pay/ prompt pay" provisions and lien
foreclosure actions.
We have a team of paraprofessionals, through a sophisticated
database, that assist our lending institutional clients in payment
tracking, remittance and on-demand reporting.
Our creditor's rights group also has substantial experience in
foreclosure law and uses a web based system for up to the moment
information about the foreclosures. They have conducted hundreds of
foreclosures, and completed numerous forfeiture proceedings.
Within this group are two attorneys that are certified by the
State Bar of Arizona as certified bankruptcy specialists and one
that is board certified by the American Board of Certification for
business bankruptcy law.
